Standard Orders
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day.
Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
Custom Formulations
Specially prepared remedies require additional preparation time.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

* Military APO/FPO addresses

7. Delivery Issues & Resolution
Damaged Products:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange immediate replacement or a full refund.
Lost Packages:
We'll track with the carrier and provide a replacement if the package cannot be located within 7 days.
Wrong Address:
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. Additional charges may apply for redirection.
Delivery Delays:
